Pindarra Private Hospital is the central healthcare institution for the Benowa and surrounding areas of the Gold Coast. It offers exceptional medical services in surgery, recovery, maternity, and emergency care. Despite the superb quality of medical care offered by the hospital the attached carpark could not cope with the volume of users.
Multitech Solutions won the opportunity to complete an extension on the carpark to better accommodate the volume of vehicles visiting the hospital. During this extension our Multitech teams designed and implemented a cost effective and sustainable solution. With such a high volume of traffic it became essential that a reliable electrical and lighting system was installed. This was achieved effectively through careful examination of previous similar projects and lead to a consistent and reliable design being implemented. The same focus on reliability and consistency was incorporated throughout the rest of the design process, especially through the design of fire and mechanical services. By completing the designs in a professional and timely manner Multitech were able to produce a plan that reduced material costs during the construction phase as well as improving energy efficiency overall.
This was a challenging project that required reliability in all aspects of design. By achieving a high level of consistency and reliability, Multitech was able to deliver documentation that provided provisions for every requirement of the extension.
