David Auld oversees strategic planning and business direction while retaining a design role on projects to keep abreast of technical advances. He is actively involved in the QA system to ensure that MultiTech’s input to your project is focused on your needs and values. Drawing on his 30 years’ experience in building services design, documentation, and project management, he oversees selected major projects including Translational Research Institute (TRI) and Gold Coast Hospital.
Bonny-Lee AdamczykBusiness Manager
With over 20 years in the construction industry Bonny-Lee has gained extensive experience in all areas including Business Development, Bid & Marketing Management and Office Management. Her experience in this industry started in 1998 in South Africa where she worked for an Architectural company, before travelling to London, UK where she worked as an Administrator/Submission Manager for 10 years at an Architectural and Building Surveying Company. In 2009, Bonny-Lee relocated to Australia where she continued gaining experience and knowledge in the construction industry working as a Business, Bid & Marketing Manager for Engineering and Architectural firms. This experience has given her the opportunity build strong relationships and networks across a wide range of industry sectors.

Andrew StreetMechanical & HAC Manager
Andrew is an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry throughout Australia, Scotland, England and the Middle East. Skilled in Mechanical and Hydraulic services design, Sustainability, Design and Project Management, AutoCAD and Revit, Andrew’s skills make him an asset to any project team. Andrew is a strong engineering professional who is a member of Engineers Australia and AIRAH, is a Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria and received First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) focused on Mechanical Engineering (Extended Major) from The University of Queensland.
Matthew BartlettSenior Mechanical Designer
Matthew has nearly 20 years’ experience in mechanical building services design in aged care, commercial, education, health care, residential, retail, hospitality, defence, sports and leisure. His portfolio includes many complex projects and his excellent attention to detail and coordination ensures quality designs that assist a smooth construction phase. Matthew has an excellent knowledge of BIM, advanced competency in Autocad and Revit and strong skills in HVAC design.
Grant SteinbackBuilding Services Co-ordinator / Senior Electrical Engineer
As a Building Services Co-ordinator / Engineer, Grant has extensive engineering experience in the design of building services in all sectors including Health Care, Aged Care, Defence, Commercial, Retail, Infrastructure, Water, Sports and Residential. His experience also includes the co-ordination and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects. Grant’s role is to focus on the co-ordination and technical delivery of projects, from the initial interface with the Client, determination of the project requirements and limitations through to the delivery of the final solution. This focus enables the delivery of a fully integrated project that exceeds the clients’ requirements.
George LazendicSenior Electrical Engineer
George has over 10 years of experience in the building services industry and has been involved in numerous projects across the health care, aged care, commercial, institutional, and recreational sectors. His hands-on approach and technical knowledge enables him to interact with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure each project is delivered successfully. With George on your project, you can be assured that you will receive top quality service and a sense of dedication resulting in an electrical design that meets your needs in a cost-effective manner.

Cailin AdamczykSenior Electrical Designer
Cailin has worked within the Building Services industry as a design modeller for 9 years. She has an excellent working knowledge of the Australian Standards for internal/external lighting installations and experience with lighting simulation software (AGI32 and Dialux). Cailin is currently studying a course in lighting design and application (CLDA) through the IESANZ. Her broader design skills have been utilised in the design of electrical and communications, fire – wet and dry, hydraulic and mechanical systems in a wide range of areas including retail, healthcare, residential and commercial builds.
Bim KoladeSenior Hydraulic Designer
Our very own Bim Kolade has been in the building services industry for 10 years. It all began for Bim as a Draftsperson and eventually he moved on to the design and engineering aspects of hydraulics. Bim believes that being able to use REVIT allows him to have an advantage of being able to handle all aspects of a project from beginning to completion. Bim has a very active mind and body. During his spare time his interests include soccer, music and reading.
